School Officials: If payment is for more than one individual, please include a list of all participants and details about who is attending pre-conference/conference, with the payment. Please also include your school's ELMLE institutional membership number.  You will receive one free conference registration for ten paid participants.

If you are paying with a paper check (US Dollars only), it should be sent along with a copy of the registration form to Bret Anderson (see #4 below).  Wire transfers should be made directly to the CIB Bank accounts

Cancellation Policy:
Registration cancellations received before December 1, 2008 will be refunded fully, minus bank charges.
Registration cancellations received before January 5, 2009 will be charged a 100 euro service fee and bank charges.
Registration cancellations received on or after January 5, 2009 will not be refunded, due to hotel and booking costs incurred by ELMLE
