Paris 2009 Presenter's Application

 

Please be informed that all presenters serve on a contributing basis. Presenters cannot be reimbursed for lodging, travel, presentation, or conference registration fees. Conference fees meet the cost of lunches, coffee breaks and a Friday evening reception as well as venue costs for all participants.
