It is understood that participants of the conference will make their own reservations by contacting the hotel directly. The bookings will be guaranteed by the participant’s credit card.

• Be sure to book your hotel room as soon as possible. We have been given a very good rate by the hotel.
• Hotel rooms should be booked by December 1, 2008. After this date room bookings for ELMLE will be accepted according to availability.
• Taxis are available at both Orly and Charles de Gaulle airports.   Transport to the hotel is at the expense of the participant. Budget approximately 35 Euros for a one-way transport from Orly Airport and 50 Euros for one-way transport from Charles de Gaulle
• The RER-B metro line travels from both airports to Denfert Rochereau, which is a short walk to the hotel (or one metro stop on a different line).  The for a one-way RER ticket is 8.20€.
